Pros

Pretty decent work environment for this kind of job; everyone understands what the other is dealing with and it’s encouraging. It’s an inbound call center job (which goes for the majority of the jobs) so it’s more service than sales oriented.

Cons

It’s a call center. It’s just an emotionally tiring job.

Excellent Work Environment

Pros

- Excellent work environment - Great company values - Decent starting pay, given the starting pay of other similar positions - Competitive benefits - Extra perks, which are not necessary, but do make it more enjoyable to work in the main office - various healthy snacks, along with vending machines for when you're craving something sweet - On-site gym free to employees - Beautiful views over the valley from the main office building - Opportunities for growth / position changes within the company

Cons

- The only downside of sorts that I've experienced is the workload, however, they have worked to hire more people, and have done a pretty good job at making sure they know what our needs are, and what we could highly benefit from. I cannot say this is a permanent con of working here, since they do actively work to help us out where we need it.
