      Pros

      Entrata is growing so they have very interesting opportunities, and employees can make their mark if they're inclined to. This company has fantastic potential and some very sharp people who like to dig in and work.

      Cons

      Organization maturity is not where you would expect it to be, or where it needs to be. The pressure bootstrap everything is undying. Absentee CEO. Understaffed. A few toxic personalities.
