Pros

Great work life balance, great perks like massages, snacks, team outings, and company parties. PTO is pretty good

Cons

Because it is Utah based, pay is not comparable to Texas, policies and procedures are not ironed out. Self proclaimed agile software development but not quite, so it makes the job for Product members extremely difficult

Pros

- Clearly defined department vision - Metrics and KPI's that measure the right things - A management team that is willing to listen and empower people to solve problems - The ability to progress within the department and/or organization - Renewed focus on ownership and accountability - The CEO recently announced an additional 5 days of PTO for all employees - Positive changes happening across the organization as a whole - Frequent 1:1 meetings with managers - I know where I stand There have been several changes within the Implementation Department over the past year or so. New managers have brought a new perspective and focus on a strategy to improve the department. The level of accountability and ownership for the project management team has increased, and there has been some attrition due to some of the changes. A new hiring strategy and departmental progression plan have shifted to focus on keeping the right people on the team to create the best working environment for team members and customers. The management team has also focused on building tools to help us do our jobs more effectively and efficiently. An internal project known as Implementation Portal will allow us to hold our customers more accountable and also allow us to more easily manage projects. There have also been several efforts to provide more transparency into customer and peer satisfaction to help me know what I am doing well and where I can improve.

Cons

- The company has never taken VC funding and has been bootstrapped from day one. This can sometimes be a challenge when resources are not as abundant as some of the companies in the area with tons of funding. - The benefits are not as competitive as other local companies, but there have been some recent announcements that indicate changes are being made (i.e. 5 additional PTO days) - The pay is not at the top of the market - No "work from home" policy for employees that are not in the call center - Hiring freezes in the past have not allowed for the quick replacement of departing employees, but recent developments indicate that this will not be a roadblock going forward.
