Pros

There is an amazing team that is extremely supportive. The work isn't necessarily hard. It feels rewarding to finish batches by the due date.

Cons

The work can be stressful if you don't have all the required information by the due date. Some clients aren't as easy to work with as others.

Pros

The team cares about the entire team succeeding and not individual achievements, leading to a safe atmosphere for everyone to learn and grow together. Management has a real focus on my personal development to ensure I'm having the experiences I am looking for to develop my skillset. The overall culture is fun and engaging and our executives are the real deal.

Cons

There are normal struggles as the company moves out of the startup stage and into the mature company that we are. Nothing unusual.

Pros

- Competitive pay and great benefits. - Great company culture, fun events and also you just feel valued. - Pretty good work / life balance, flex PTO starting in 2021 (essentially "unlimited" PTO as long as manager approves.) Culture here encourages taking PTO. - Flexible with WFH vs. working in-office or a mix.

Cons

- Workforce is not super diverse at the moment, but the new executive team has promised to fix this and that does seem to be happening.
