      Pros

      -Love the company culture and the people I work with. -Great pay. -Great healthcare benefits -Fun company getaways and activities -Down-to-earth C-suite who run town halls, live Q&As, and communicate with people in every department on every level.

      Cons

      I have a hard time knowing exactly what my job responsibilities are; some days, I feel like I have no tasks/projects, so I have to make up things to do.

      Pros

      Entrata values their employees like no other. It's a bigger company but you never feel like you're just a number. Management is amazing and is willing to work with each employee.

      I really don't have anything bad to say about Entrata.
