      Fun culture, great intro into tech company!

      Pros

      Great support, lots of access to other departments. Flexible, and helpful with my transition into my role. Great new hire program. Onsite gym, snack and access to food and drinks all day.

      Cons

      Not a lot of buy in/connection with executives. Sometimes feels like you have to be a part of the cool kids club to move into management.

      Pros

      I have always felt that my manager and VP's listen to me. If I have a problem or concern, I've always been listened to and helped. It's refreshing to find a company that lives its values!

      Cons

      The benefits are average, and they try to compensate with perks and fun things. It does help retain the talent they have, but it would be nice to get better benefits. The COO and all of the senior management are great, but the CEO often gets into trouble which doesn't give a great image. But to be fair, he did co-found and began this company.

      Pay was good, although my last check never came.

      Cons

      I use this company as an example of the worst place I've ever worked.
