Pros

Wallet Hub released its "2020 Best & Worst States for Women's Equality". Once again Utah ranked last. Here at Entrata we have a CEO who asks, "How can I and the rest of the exec team support this group?" in a slack channel, created by and for women who work at our company. These are not empty words. Adam Edmunds backs it up with action. I'm so impressed, I had to write this review.

Cons

We have some growing pains at the moment, but that's to be expected when you are trying to level up.

Pros

Entrata is the industry leader in property management software and is the most innovative. There have been a lot of changes in the last year but I view the changes as mostly positive. There is a lot of energy that has come into the business with the recent fundraise and new executive team.

Cons

Better tools/software are needed to do our jobs more effectively
