Pros
This is a great place to work for those just out of college or those looking to gain experience and build a resume. The culture is very fun. Younger crowd, you will work with lots of students and young people. The people who work there for the most part are good and easy to work with. They put on special events and you get to do fun activities.
Cons
The model here is to hire inexperienced people so they can pay them below average wages and work them extra hard. Don't expect much as of raises. The company does little to keep employees there long term and has a high turn over rate because of this. since they cant hire or keep experienced employees upper management is inexperienced. Managers are young and most have never really had a career anywhere other than Entrata. This immaturity creates and causes serious problems in the way the company is operated. HR does little to solve problems. The CEO is brilliant but is very impulsive and at times unethical. His philosophy is that It doesn't matter who you hurt or what questionable loopholes you find as long as the end goal is reached. Benefits and perks do not balance well between departments and there is very obvious favoritism. Dictatorship management style with lots of micromanaging. Management gets all credit for work of employees and revive all the bonuses.
