      Pros

      Entrata is a great place to work. Great culture and Company values. The Company values are an integral part of the culture and the Company does a great job investing in its employees.

      Cons

      The only downside would be a possibility for better benefits and PTO.

      They promote mostly from the inside based on hard work, they create a culture of work and play, they compensate right on par, and they invest in their employees

      Cons

      The benefits could be slightly better as far as insurance goes.

      Easy to interview and be hired quickly. Decent starting pay with opportunities to get raises.

      Cons

      Very high call volumes, the call center is under staffed. The management doesn't take their employees seriously or take them into consideration before making changes to the office.
