Good culture of teamwork, great perks such as occasional free lunches, fun team building activities, decent benefits for medical

Cons

The product itself is super boring but the people make up for it. I would say the majority of people display the values the company drills into you. Moving up will take at least 2-3 years and they like to promote within (wouldn't necessarily say this is a con though) . PTO is accumulated based on the time you work there which is very old school thinking for tech and the start is 15 days and no sick days. Flexible schedules aren't a thing and remote work is looked down on (might be different now though)

Pretty decent work environment for this kind of job; everyone understands what the other is dealing with and it’s encouraging. It’s an inbound call center job (which goes for the majority of the jobs) so it’s more service than sales oriented.

Cons

It’s a call center. It’s just an emotionally tiring job.
