Pros

There are opportunities for internal growth a few times a year, usually in other departments but also within the same teams. I don't ever hear employees throwing each other under the bus when an issue arises, but everyone seems to have each other's backs and work together well

Cons

The yearly bonuses and raises are pretty small, so it's hard to get a significant raise unless you qualify for a promotion or take another job.

Pros

This company is the best I've ever worked for. The culture is incredible, the work-life balance is amazing, the parties are fun, the product is insane, the people are amazing, I feel incredibly valued, and the management is awesome!

Cons

There are no maternity or paternity leave policies. Before COVID, they weren't allowing anyone to work from home, so hopefully that will change. Other than that, I can't think of anything to complain about!
