      Allowed flexible hours The team was well managed (cannot be said of the department as a whole) Possibility to advancement, given a full-time schedule

      Pros

      Entrata has an amazing culture. You will consistently hear this from employees. Entrata also has Company Values, and they are more than just values up on the wall. Entrata truly tries living up to these values.

      Cons

      Entrata has experienced a significant amount of growth, which has been very exciting, but with this growth comes challenges. Growing Pains if you will. I feel like Entrata has done the best it can with the amount of growth that has taken place.

      Pros

      Entrata is a company that values having fun at work. There are frequent activities, both during work hours, and outside of work. Entrata's activities strengthen team relationships. In addition to Entrata's hip culture, they also recognize people that go above and beyond. There are opportunities for vertical growth after a relatively short time. Entrata also provides opportunities for lateral mobility after you have been with company for at least six months.

      Cons

      Relatively small 401k match, relatively little PTO, no tuition reimbursement. Some remote working options, but limited. My bonus checks have been received about a month delayed.
