Flexible work schedules The company is still new in policy, so if you work hard, your voice will be heard and you will be able to influence the direction of your position.

Cons

If you don't want to innovate and work hard, it's not a great fit.

Uhhhh honestly the only thing that is a pro for me is having a flexible schedule. Getting to know some of the other agents has been nice as well. And ya I can't think of much else.

Cons

You will never meet their expectations. It doesn't matter how friendly you are or how many leases have been signed because of you, they will still find a reason to mark you down. Their grading system is bogus
