Pros

The give extensive training so you feel confident to do your job. They provide you with a computer, mouse, and keyboard. It's great a feeling being able to work from home.

Cons

You must commit to a six-hour shift one weekend day, you need a quiet area to work in (this may not be ideal for some people).

Pros

-Flexible work hours (minimum of 20 per week, 6 hours must be on a weekend day) -Health benefits for all employees + families available -Reward catalog for working hard -Gift card raffle during busy volumes -Ability to work from home -Great company -$500 bonus after 6 months -Opportunities for advancement if you work in office

Cons

It can be hard to deal with angry residents yelling at you all the time. There are a lot of things you have to incorporate into your calls, and will get marked down by QA if you miss any of them. There aren't any other job positions available for work at home agents, and the call volume is high.

Pros

Pretty relaxed environment if you're on the right floor. Free snacks and soda. HQ in Lehi is nicely situated for commuters and is brand new. Very dedicated to promoting from within.

Cons

Fringe benefits are far below industry averages in my opinion. Poor PTO and no sick leave. No paid paternity or maternity. I get the sense that leaders think all the company parties is how they "take care" of their employees, but seems to me that it's a more calculated distraction from the lack of benefits that have a more meaningful impact on employees. Depending on your manager, there can be considerable pressure to put in some hours, even during your PTO. Pay is below industry averages. CEO is absent 8 days out of 10.
