      Pros

      There are a lot of chances for upward mobility and education. There is a fantastic, unique company culture here. Great Company!

      Cons

      A lot is expected of employees, but it helps you to learn and make the most of your resources. It is a great environment to learn and to grow as an employee.

      Pros

      There are some really great people to work with. The company idea is really great, but the product is not quite what it could be.

      Cons

      Terrible management, problems are never resolved. This company is extremely wasteful. They spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on unnessesary frills, while paying employees well below average. If you look just a little harder, you can find many similar jobs with much better pay. Unless you would be willing to take a large pay cut for "great company culture" don't work for Entrata.

      Pros

      Fun company culture. Awesome co-workers. Once you are employed at Entrata its fairly easy to move between departments. They are willing to take a chance on employees.

      Cons

      The company has grown pretty rapidly and are experiencing growing pains. The company seems to be very reactive instead of proactive.
