      Pros

      People. Some of the people there are wonderful and amazing. Some of the swag is nice. Unfortunately that's the only positive feedback I can give for this company.

      Cons

      Everything else. All the swag in the world won't fix the issues the company has. Under payed. VERY UNDER PAYED. Overworked. Management does not want to hear any suggestions for improvement. Medical / dental etc. benefits are a joke. You pay more money, for less health coverage. The CEO is a pompous, lying jerk. Only thinks of himself and doesn't care who he has to step on to get what he wants.

      Entrata does a great job of taking care of their employees. Focused on values, i.e. communication, work hard play hard.

      Cons

      compensation could be more competitive.

      Great environment. Great product. Great people. Great work/life balance. Feels like home.

      Since Entrata's grown, there is little less room for mobility within the company.
