Pros
The Leasing Center is where I work in Entrata. The Leasing Center is a great job for someone who is looking for a flexible college job. I have worked for them during the last two years of my undergrad and it was great. Lots of great perks such as working from home, massage once a month, and a free gym pass to Vasa gym
Cons
The upper management sucks with communicating with lower management. I was in middle management and I wouldn't hear about thins until after they would roll out and be in the works for a few weeks before I heard about it. The upper management also doesn't enforce the same standard for everyone.
