      Pros

      The company culture is amazing. I've worked for many companies, and I've never felt the camaraderie that I feel here. Managers encourage a healthy work/life balance, and find ways to make the work environment as positive as possible.

      Cons

      The pay is typically lower than the average, depending on the department. The company is fast-growing, which is wonderful, but there are sometimes growing pains.

      Pros

      Great product platform for their market. A lot of new opportunities for high performers. Very focused on taking care of most employees. In support here, it's really not bad for a call center environment. Customers were mostly all great, very rarely a really angry person that was hard to deal with. I personally made some great friends there, but the support department was very poorly managed.

      Cons

      The company culture is pretty exclusionary toward the support and leasing center teams. Certain events like parties, movie theater rentals, company meetings, take place in the middle of the work day and those departments are not only excluded, but specifically told not to come.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to move up in the company if you work hard. It is a really fun place to work and it is really easy to become good friends with your coworkers. The product and company itself are genius and really helpful to the customers.

      Cons

      There are a lot of politics and passive aggressive behavior. The Utah culture contributes to the backbiting and throwing others under the bus.
