Pros

It's fun, there are game rooms, the people are wonderful, and the culture is awesome. It's very tight knit in some places.

Cons

A lot of strain has been placed on the company due to a few executive decisions regarding the development of our software. Changes in some departments are seemingly made without specific consideration for the context, and may be motivated strictly by a payroll figure. The culture is quickly fading as the founders splinter away from each other.
