      Pros

      The culture and the people set Property Solutions apart from any other company I've worked for. Management really listens to my needs and ideas, and I have the autonomy to bring about improvements/changes within the company. Every morning I'm excited to go to work. Upper management also has great strategic vision, which is refreshing. I also feel that my skills, abilities, and contributions are noticed and valued at Property Solutions.

      Cons

      A fast-paced software environment is really a two-edged sword. The benefits definitely outweigh the negatives, but there is some pain with releasing software on a weekly basis.

      Pros

      Great peers, great atmosphere, fun perks and excellent benefit package.

      Cons

      Upper management has no idea what's going on at the lower levels and has no interest in managing it. There's a cap to what you earn, once you hit it, your out.

      Pros

      Flexible schedules and great coworkers for the most part. Executives seem awesome but their vision and mentality seems to not have passed on to some of the management in specific departments as the company grows.

      Cons

      Some of the people in management seem to uptight and do not live the company's culture.
