      Pros

      Great people to work with. Colleagues are supportive and collaborative. The brand is fun and the swag is really good.

      Cons

      Morale is pretty low. Consistently told to do more with less. The whole company feels disconnected. LOTS of turnover.

      Awesome team members that lifts each other up.

      Cons

      Management sucked, unrealistic expectations, constant changing, they don’t hold up to their standards or values, you don’t get paid enough to handle all the BS, they don’t value the workers just money.
