      Flexible Scheduling in my department Gym Pass that encourages you to use it (the company pays for the gym if you go 4 or more times a month, otherwise you pay) Company Lunches Fully Stocked Break rooms Awesome Recreation Room in Lehi, Ping Pong, Arcade Cabinet, Air Hockey, Pool, Foosball Great Company Outings/Meetings Great Culture

      Relatively Low Pay Hourly Employees Don't Get PTO Growing Pains, A lot of things at this company are still done like it's a small business, but it's not a small business anymore.

      Pros

      My paycheck never bounced, even though the company is operating in the red. Our marketing department and the agencies they used is probably the best in the business.

      Cons

      The website is consistently going offline, which is so frustrating for our customers and employees. The products themselves are largely ripped off from competitors, to the point where management urged us to convince our customers to give us access to other software systems they were using. The whole values-based culture is a front. There are so many disillusioned folks now, there's a hater blog propertydelusions.com. It all feels like a house of cards.
