Great atmosphere and people, Low Pay
Pros
They hire really good people. There really aren't slackers at PSI. It's refreshing to work at a place with this caliber of people. They work hard to promote a positive and fun work environment where people are valued.
Cons
They change the software too much and don't really make changes when customers complain about it. Development is the only department that seems to be important to the CEO. They get company paid vacations and other benefits that nobody else in the company does. Pay is low. They started to only do 3-5% raises annually because "that's what other companies do", so they hire at low rates, and you won't ever get a decent raise anymore. We may not even get the new norm of 3-5% because the company is in a lawsuit with a competitor.
