      Growing in revenue and has potential in the market

      Cons

      The only way to succeed is to be besties with an executive. Insular leadership that comes primarily from the Utah tech scene. Multiple mini layoffs recently without them even being acknowledged by leadership, just to save face externally - all leading to a culture of fear. Everyone is looking around wondering who is next since there's been no good communication around it. No clear direction or leadership of what Entrata is trying to become.

      Pros

      You work from home and they provide equipment.

      Cons

      Once you reach the top pay you will never get higher pay no matter what you do. They will not give pay increase for cost of living so you are left struggling. There is no flexibility even when they say there is. You will be taking calls all day with only one minutes between and dealing with upset callers that never get a response from the properties.

      There are excellent and talented people here.

      Cons

      They recently let go of some incredible engineering talents, except those who used to work with an executive. Nepotism is rampant here; executives hire friends and those they used to work with, even if they are not qualified.
