I love the people I work with. Relatively flexible work/life balance. Decent benefits, competitive starting pay.

Cons

Very stingey with yearly performance increases which negatively affects retention and morale. Lack of vision and transparency from executives. Backwards RTO policy.

Cons

Management is speedrunning an IPO at the expense of the employees. Penny pinching in a lot of areas while spending loosely in ways without an easily defined ROI. The Employee experience over 2023 turned into a joke.
