      Used to be a great place to work

      Pros

      Good benefits package including the ability to work remotely and flex PTO.

      Cons

      The only priority here currently is to get the company as lean as possible before going public. There seems to be little, if any, care for the employee experience. The culture is a far cry from what it used to be and compensation does not match industry standards.

      Product is the best of the industry. Customer success and education teams are also the best of the industry.

      Executive team arrogance, lack of real customer experience outside of Chase.
