      Pros

      Great employees to work with.

      Cons

      Constantly changing policies, little to no involvement of HR in every day things, absolutely no mistakes can be made, not kind to their employees. Terrible work environment. I have never hated going to work more than when I was at Entrata.

      Pros

      HR really knows how to take care of employees by planning activities and making families feel welcome.

      Cons

      Executive management has too much drama going on within itself. Plus, rumors of lawsuits are never clarified to the company so people don't have too much faith in the CEO.

      Pros

      The job is pretty easy. There is free food bread Nutella and sodas that we can take while on our breaks.

      Cons

      Phone call volume is usually high. It is stressful to be receiving call after call. Supervisors just chill all day and do not take calls while we are always taking calls.
