      Pros

      The pay was decent (commissions), free food, fun company events and swag given often.

      Cons

      There is a Good 'ol boys club. They will decide very quickly if you are in their club. If it is decided that you are not, then you will not move up. There are a lot of politics in this organization. I cannot speak for all departments but for my department be aware of possible mild hazing when you join as well.

      Great if you want to be the middleman for poorly run apartment communities

      Pros

      Work from home opportunities and benefits for working part time.

      Cons

      You're basically just part of an answering service who takes all the heat and blame for things when all you can really do is take a message and pass it along to the company that pay for the service.

      Pros

      The people at Entrata are what makes this place. They seem to hire for the most part, good people to be around that make coming to work enjoyable. The work can be challenging, and they like to hire from within, so you get the opportunity to take on new responsibilities and move around.

      Cons

      Salary is on par, or lower than is standard for a software company in this market. It's hit or miss depending on what team you're on. Insurance is expensive for anything other than an individual, even for high-deductible plans. PTO is low, and could be better compared to neighboring companies. There's also no separate sick time, so if you take time off, it comes from your vacation time. Maternity Leave leaves a lot to be desired. Other reviews referencing the CEO are spot on, so no need to make additional comments on that.
