Entrata is a breath of fresh air. I love working here! The people are the best and the industry we serve is great. Enterprise software is where its at, especially in this market.

Cons

Slower movement at times, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, just an adjustment.

Hybrid/Remote/WFH options for most positions

Cons

Management is speedrunning an IPO at the expense of the employees. Penny pinching in a lot of areas while spending loosely in ways without an easily defined ROI. The Employee experience over 2023 turned into a joke.
