Joined the company and was super excited about the future and growth of the company, new team is coming in and culture is tanking - wasn't here long but can see a night and day difference already wasn't willing to stay around. New leadership is arrogant and off putting made the decision to leave. Wish nothing but the best but fear there is big changing coming and not in a good way. Feels like things are about to get political and bureaucratic changing who Entrata was Don't let go of the culture and current marketing its the best around. Seems like the changes will do that for no good reason.

New management coming in and its apparent its about all the new executives coming in. We now have regular town hall meetings parading the new executives to everyone that we are supposed to be amazed by. They are teaching us things we “didn’t know” like accounting - ummmm we consult and built an accounting product. Very apparent culture is changing and not for the better, questioning staying, talked to my Podium friends and these guys didn’t have great reputations so not thrilled we are brining them over. We have a town hall coming up in person just to meet the new CTO - food won’t bribe me to come in - funny they think it will. Hope the new management takes the time to learn who Entrata is, why its been so incredibly successfully as they keep saying but yet wanting to change it. Listen to the employees who built this thing, we have been loyal to our managers and had a great thing going - don’t screw it up with ego’s and arrogance that was never part of who Entrata or its leaders were. Seems like we are purely focused on numbers not people now which was never the case, can’t emphasize culture has taken a major hit in 1 quarter. Going to start looking unless things get better
