      -Some disconnected communication between departments. -Ambiguous process ownership -Ambiguous bonus structure -Lack of a team feeling. Not much effort put into team and morale building

      Cons

      Sales team was largely left to itself. It was kind of left up to me to figure out what to do. Unless your sales manager is invested in helping you out, you have to figure it out.
