      Pros

      Loved the company because my boss, Chris Martin, was awesome. He sacrificed a lot to make me better. I also had some amazing co-workers.

      Cons

      Some power dynamics were strange which left some people in charge of things they had no business being in charge of.

      Pros

      The people that you work with are great. The pay was very competitive, however, I think it has come down over the last 6 months after layoff rounds. Leaders seem to have clear goals in mind, I am not sure if everyone is in the know.

      Cons

      Everyone was pretty siloed off, and I don't thing there was a clear understanding of leadership's perspective on the company's trajectory or vision across the organization as a whole. Still trying to sort out internal organizational structure and aligning with the long term vision. I imagine once they have more clarity and resolve internal concerns, they will be a fantastic place to work.
