      Pros

      For me, Entrata has been a great experience. I feel safe here, heard by my managers, and am always encouraged to grow and develop within the company. Entrata has great ways to move up the ladder. Whether you're an individual contributor or manager, there are ways to grow in your "hired for" skill set, along with opportunities to take on things that may be outside of your comfort zone. Besides the opportunities to grow, there are great benefits that help me and my family feel secure. I'm able to take time off when needed, and the pay has always felt fair or more than fair.

      Cons

      Not much in the way of cons, but I encourage the company to keep going on the trajectory they're on.
