Pros

I have received consistent raises and promotions so I feel rewarded for the work I do. There is flexible PTO for great work-life balance and I have a very supportive team able to help me out when needed. My supervisors have always been helpful too and made growth paths clear and accessible. In 4 years I have been able to double my salary.

Cons

While I have been able to get consistent raises and double my salary, the starting salary wasn't very good and didn't feel equivalent to the revenue I generate for the company. There was also a restructuring 2 years ago that was not handled very well and put extra work on everyone and took almost a year to fully sort out. I also don't feel like other departments don't acknowledge, appreciate, or even understand the digital marketing team that well.

Pros

Entrata is a welcoming company that truly supports team members in growing into roles they’re passionate about. They offer great benefits like generous time off, remote and hybrid work options, and a healthy work-life balance. Management is open to feedback, values your input, and shows real appreciation for your hard work.

Cons

Entrata has an opportunity to improve by expanding professional development offerings, such as access to conferences and soft skills training.

Pros

It was a remote job which ended up being the only good thing.

Cons

low pay, pay capped out, if you moved to a different area pay was docked instead of increased, unless it was moving to management, favoritism, high turn over rate, super high call volume, constantly changing things and not for the better. Don't want you to sound scripted, but it sounded scripted no matter what you did. You are an "extension" to the main leasing offices, but most of them don't provide all the necessary information you need to seem like you are actually on site. Leasing offices NEVER answer their phones or return phone calls which results in a lot of upset residents, and you become their punching bag.
