      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, lots of swag, WFH. There is potential for Entrata to be a great place to work, but we’re just not there yet. Many of my coworkers are great people, but they are burnt out from worrying about if we’ll keep our jobs long term.

      Cons

      Regular layoffs and restructuring makes for a negative and stressful culture. Passive aggression is common. I live close enough to come in often, but there’s little personal interaction with remote peers (which may be a pro to some). There is little diversity and you feel left out if you’re not white and/or Mormon

      Pros

      Salary and benefits are pretty decent. Interesting problems to solve.

      Cons

      Leadership is pushing out all of the good people with tribal knowledge and hiring exclusively from Podium. Really no possibility of career development or moving into tech leadership.

      Pros

      Company is financially stable and doesn't need to worry about money at every turn. Good efforts in many areas. Opportunity to learn and grow to advance your skills. Hit or miss depending upon the department you work in. Great building to work in.

      Cons

      Full of leaders who destroy. The leaders share the minimum information that they can get away with. Use their power thoughtlessly. Use pressure, fear, and hierarchy to motivate. Only focus on results. Tolerate poor behavior if results are okay. Move on from wins and interrogate failures. Only make goals harder once set. Only talk about accountability and never responsibility. They are frightened by losing power. They are political. Values are feigned.
