      Pros

      I loved the passion for the industry and hyper-focus on user experience and design. As an employee, the events brought my team together and helped me feel more connected to the company than any other place I've worked. Everyone was very nice and kind.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Overall positive & they tried their best to create a safe environment.

      Cons

      Communication is not at all good. I came to learn that when they say *not* to worry about something, that means to DEFINITELY worry. They are having major layoffs at this point & preached that they wouldn't do something like that. Pay is also much lower in general.
