The only way to succeed is to be besties with an executive. Insular leadership that comes primarily from the Utah tech scene. Multiple mini layoffs recently without them even being acknowledged by leadership, just to save face externally - all leading to a culture of fear. Everyone is looking around wondering who is next since there's been no good communication around it. No clear direction or leadership of what Entrata is trying to become.

You can only be successful at Entrata if you are friends with the Execs and are in a clique with them. Essentially there is no room for growth otherwise. In fact, they actively do things to keep you down by having you report to unqualified people who are untouchable because of their relationships with executives. The culture is toxic and nothing gets done. They have nothing to show from their large investment less than 3 years ago. It’s a company that is going downhill fast and I urge anyone to avoid it at all costs.
