      Pros

      Company with great upside and growth potential. They have been growing but with that growth there have issues.

      Cons

      Growing pains have not translated into better processes. Asking for more but not providing any real incentives to keep up with economy. A ton of positions have been added to the top. Leadership seems to be afraid of being transparent with clients. They want to do great things for the company but make it lose lose for employees because clients don't know. No real growth plan for advancement.
