The part of the company I worked in was kind of the forgotten step-child. Everyone knew it needed some TLC, but Corporate had eyes on other things.

The company culture is great, and the people and customers are amazing. CEO Adam E. is amazing!

Cons

Leadership is struggling to understand how to grow a business, and make decisions. Technical debt is extremely heavy and people avoid really fixing things. Other executives probably should leave, including some newer ones.
