      It was great at first!

      Pros

      When I first worked at home taking calls I thought it was the dream job. We had 10 minute waits in between calls and I got to watch movies in between calls while I was home. Most of the calls were pretty easy. It was a good job for me because I didn’t have a car to go to work and I could do homework on the side.

      Cons

      The benefits lack. I hated taking a vacation and realizing that I’m going to have a tiny paycheck because I took time off. The calls have been back to back for over a year. Some managers are micromanagers and make the job more difficult. The pay is not that good.
