Good place to get acquainted with big business Good people around in some low and mid level positions

Cons

They will scratch every nickel they can out of you, raises are almost non existent No real idea on how to head the business, incapability in many of the senior management. too sales oriented not seeing they are destroying the business

Fun place to work. Very nice people. Good financial management.

Cons

Top management with station management can be an "old boys club" . Tend of keep "trouble" employees around too long, usually due to loyalty. Loyalty can be a great thing, especially in today's business environment. But when it allows demoralization and destruction to the employee morale, as well as blatant "looking the other" way by management and HR (i.e. not correcting or writing up said behavior) then loyalty can be a negative factor.
