Pros

Opportunities to advance are at hand. Employees are nice to work with.

Cons

Salaries are low and employees are expected to do a lot more with less. Millenials come and go as they please. News VP is in serious need of a reality check... she wants more stuff done, but at the same time they want no over time and they keep firing people right and left. Radio is a JOKE. Erasno, Genlio Lucas? A Busty girl with zero talent? Really????

Pros

Great Manager and co-worker but they are the only ones in the company left.

Cons

They will lie to you about your commission and accounts leaving you with no commissions. Company is dying in terms of their digital media sales and radio properties. Terrible culture. The list goes on...

Pros

The company occasionally provides lunch.

Cons

Professional digital marketers beware. This company has ZERO training program for new hires so you’re already set up for failure. You’re expected to know and understand the company’s proprietary tools & processes and client campaign strategies from day one and expected to not make any learning mistakes. Supervisors are extremely condescending and have ridiculous expectations in regards to knowledge of the digital space. Despite what they choose to believe, not every process is universal across all agencies and to assume so is totally unreasonable. Salespeople know nothing about the digital marketing products they’re are selling. However, when it comes to the success or failure of the campaigns, it is your responsibility, even though you’ve had no input on strategy or in the actual campaign optimizations. If you possess any type of professional integrity, this company is NOT for you. You will be expected to dance around legitimate client questions/concerns rather than be truthful about performance. All in the name of company revenue.
