      Unbelievable turnover and customer angst

      nice people that work hard despite the issues.

      Cons

      Management doesn't invest in employees, insane turnover, bad solutions that don't work, getting yelled at by customers everyday for things out of your control.

We are closely monitoring our turnover given the "Great Resignation" that has sparked during the COVID-19 pandemic. Not only is our current turnover at a lower rate than global benchmark data, we have also started adopting new strategies to ensure our Employee Value Proposition reflects the pulse of what our colleagues now desire such as enhanced flexibility and new benefit offerings.

      Pros

      The team of PM's is great. Helpful and friendly.

      Cons

      Management overloads us. 40+ projects at any given point in time. No control over the techs or other departments that directly affect our jobs. Little prospects for promotions.
