Pros

- As taking a role of SDR at Entrust, my manager in APAC as well as VP of this role are both fantastic guys. They're cooperative and even helpful if I suggest or have an idea to improve our job in the better way, To develop skill to new sales activities, they always pay attention to each member's successful / painful moment then share to grow for everyone, especially who doesn't know industry's knowledge or SDR experiences before.

Cons

1. The company itself seems to be on a way to transition by M&A, or lay offs often. So the local office atmosphere is getting gloomy when I left there. 2. In any sales or related roles and thier responsibilities in local office such as Japan, Korea or APAC regions are getting more complicated. 3. Sales executive jobs depends on economic situations, so not skillful sales person has been awarded for few times. Not in SDR team but, Internal politics may be strong influence to survive in the company.
