The company has a solid reputation and seemed to have a strong team and interesting projects. The take-home task offered a chance to demonstrate both UI and API testing skills.

Cons

The expectations for the take-home assignment were unrealistic for a hiring task, expecting a polished framework from scratch, a full test strategy, UI + API testing, all without clear guidelines or evaluation criteria. Feedback was shared via email only, with no opportunity to present and discuss the solution or clarify decisions. The way that tells a lot about the work environment. Criticism focused on internal expectations that were never communicated beforehand, such as specific coding structure or consistency standards.
