      Good company to work for, but difficult for career progression

      Pros

      The work culture is flexible and laid back. Has a full cafeteria, gym with showers, and walking trails.

      Cons

      No opportunities of growth within the company (Lack of career progression). Poor planning of software releases. No recognition for work done. Location is terrible (way out in Shakopee)

      Pros

      the people are actually quite nice and eager to build a team.

      Cons

      Chaos. Uncontrolled chaos. Declining revenues. Management (my direct, and his/her boss) was less skilled in their role than I was in their role, although I was a subordinate. My direct manager had never been in his/her role.
