Pros
While the company has a good working environment within each department, the facilities are adequate, but the benefits package is pretty nice. Health care and 401k match are pretty good too.
Cons
No upward mobility, seemingly dead end positions. No appreciation of hardwork, and those that do get appreciated, are hardly the ones who did the work to deserve it. It seems like it's more of a political game on who gets appreciated. New employees are paid more than existing employees Management seems to go from one situation to another without learning any lessons along the way to prevent such fires from happening. Constant Flux between Layoffs and New Hires. Seems like yearly goals are never met Concerns brought up to management and/or HR are rarely resolved in an efficient manner, almost like management and/or HR have better things to do than resolve concerns.
