      Pros

      -The people are fantastic. Great "work family." -Generally have good faith in the senior management and their decisions. Approachable people who seek contact with regular employees.

      Cons

      -Can be difficult to move up, as opportunities are limited (varies by department/organization). -The focus on quarterly revenue is stronger than I anticipated for a private company.

      Pros

      Very good work life balance depending on your boss. Summer hours is nice when the weather is great. Casual Dress.

      Cons

      Not much in the way of advancement unless someone above you leaves. Raises are minimum but they will have 10 new people while keeping your pay lower and taking work away from you.

      Pros

      The company has a great culture and I love the people. There are also many career advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      It seems that every year they don't hit their numbers, there are big layoffs before the new fiscal year. Too much turnover.
