      Pros

      Good co-workers and pay. Great annual profit sharing based on EBITDA so lower gross profits don't necessarily eliminate a payout. Flexible hours and good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Depending on your role communication with off-site colleagues and contractors is necessary and can be difficult. Remote working (telecommuting) on a regular basis is generally not permitted.

      Pros

      From the very beginning of the interview process, through hiring, and on-boarding, everyone at the company was professional and incredibly welcoming. I felt valued as a team member and not just a number. It's a fast-paced environment in such a relevant industry, and everyone I work with in my own office to headquarters to international colleagues are incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help each other achieve common goals.

      Cons

      As the parent company purchased another company, there are some growing pains as processes are being streamlined and consolidated.

      Pros

      Great people, superior Technology and Support. The company has a long term vision for addressing both physical and logical identity management security solutions.

      Cons

      The company has been slow to move solutions to the cloud. However, they have just released new solutions related to identity management security for multi-factor authentication which was the missing component of a full solution suite.
