      Excellent clientele and market opportunities Good product opportunities Some very talented people

      Cons

      Mediocre people doing poor job and still thriving to keep their seat (including some senior leadership management members). Hypocritical HR policies pretending they care about employees Thrifty with employees salaries and lavish with outsourced, often dubiously necessary, contracts.

Maneuvering internally can be complex during growth mode, however we are ensuring your concerns are addressed. One of our new initiatives is a global onboarding program to help new colleagues better understand the organization and available resources. This was launched on June 1.
